Motivation gives a person the desire to work, makes him love what he does while working and gain a sense of belonging to the organization he is working with.
Concentration allows him to do the work he is dealing with with minimum lack and error while working. This also increases motivation as it will make you happy for what you do. So both concepts feed each other.
💻 One software needs much more than any other profession these two concepts. Because the software has to keep all the logic doors open and focus on creating a solution by connecting the issues. Otherwise, the software that it works will wrap it up and it will become unbreakable. Full concentration always leads to success when doing this. When you work properly and planfully, you can spend much less time than you spend time without these and become a successful software.
