SAY IT HOW YOU FEEL IT 💗 9 mayo - 30 mayo 2026

La semana pasada inauguró Say it How You Feel it en Leopardi, en Gràcia, Barcelona.

Una exposición que nace desde un lugar muy personal: reconciliar mi práctica como directora creativa y artista visual, entendiendo que ambas parten del mismo lugar. Concepto, síntesis, detalle y emoción.

La serie explora las reglas invisibles que atraviesan la forma en que sentimos y mostramos las emociones. A través del humor, los juegos de palabras y visuales suaves, las obras cuestionan la performatividad emocional presente en la vida cotidiana.

Gracias a todas las personas que vinieron (a pesar de la lluvia), y conversaron, se quedaron mirando las piezas y compartieron sus lecturas conmigo. Fue una noche muy especial.

Gracias enormes a .martos y Emma por la ayuda con el montaje y el cuidado de cada detalle.
A Carla y a Leopardo Leopardi por abrir el espacio y acompañar el proyecto con tanta sensibilidad.

Ver esto en vivo fue fuerte. Estábamos ahí, súper atentas para no perdérnoslo… porque aunque hay un trabajazo detrás, al final es un clip corto.

Y en ese momento, todo pasa rápido.
Pero también pasa todo.

Este año, nuestro proyecto fue seleccionado para The Screen en Barcelona 2026,
y verlo a esa escala nos aterrizó algo muy simple:

cuando algo se construye en colectivo, se siente distinto.

Miles de personajes.
Más de 300 capas.
Horas de probar, fallar y ajustar.

Y de repente… ahí está.
Vivo. Compartido. Amplificado.

Loff is stronger.
Y ahora lo sentimos más que nunca.

Segunda colaboración, y con muchas ganas de seguir explorando juntas.

La exposición presenta una serie que explora, desde el humor y la sutileza, las reglas invisibles que atraviesan la forma en que sentimos y expresamos las emociones. A través de juegos de palabras y visuales suaves, las obras revelan la performatividad emocional en lo cotidiano, abriendo un espacio para reconocer y cuestionar estos códigos culturales.

Por la naturaleza de mi trabajo, mis días, semanas y meses rara vez se parecen entre sí. Se moldean según proyectos, intensidad y mi ciclo de energía (manifestadora emocional perfil 1/3… if you know, you know).

Esa flexibilidad me encanta. Pero también necesito algo que me ancle a algo más grande que yo.

Y ahí están los eventos que organizamos en .

Cada mes, pase lo que pase, creamos un espacio para dar visibilidad al trabajo de mujeres y personas no binarias en creatividad. Un espacio sin gatekeeping, donde compartir hace el camino menos solo.

A Ladies le tengo un cariño especial. Fue de los primeros espacios que me abrió las puertas cuando empecé a emprender.

Propuse un workshop de cómo crear GIFs que transforman ideas y palabras… y me dijeron que sí.

Después me invitaron al equipo.

Yo feliz con comunicación y visuales. Pero el micro… uff.

Porque si me voy más atrás:

Segundo de primaria. Poetry Day.
No miré a nadie. Recité como aguantando la respiración.

Casi me muero del miedo. Pero lo hice.

A los 24, congreso en la Universidad de Manchester.
Leí TODO el ensayo.

Fatal. Jaja. Pero necesario.

Porque así se pulen las habilidades.

Hoy, 7 años después, aún siento ese vértigo antes de subir a una tarima.

Y ahora, en este pequeño rest cycle, agradezco a esa niña… y a esa Pamela de 24.

Porque gracias a ellas, hoy tengo esta casa mensual.

Qué regalo los espacios que nos invitan a cambiar de piel. Y qué potencia cuando lo hacemos juntas.

I spent the weekend in London for the Teacher Meetup, hosted by their amazing team, and spent a lovely day surrounded by people who genuinely love sharing what they know.

For this Art Day, we were split into small groups. I landed in ‘s street photography quest, where each of us had a color to “hunt.” Mine: black. (yes, because I was wearing it 🙃)

Not gonna lie, I wasn’t thrilled at first. But like many “limitations,” it turned out to be a gift. It forced me to look closer. To notice texture, contrast, shadows. To move past the obvious.

Here’s a glimpse of what came out of that constraint + a little group moment 🖤

What I loved most wasn’t just the exercise, but the people. Meeting both rising and top teachers, hearing their stories, and feeling the humanity behind the screens. I love being a teacher on because teaching is an act of generosity. It’s choosing to share, not to gatekeep.

Honored to be part of a selection of 280 works by both emerging and established creators, chosen through a global open call with 735 participants from around the world.
