Así empieza “El silencio del viento”,
la última historia de Vidas Yōkai.

Este es el boceto inicial de la portada, donde empiezo a definir la composición y el tono que cerrará este primer tomo. Es la fase donde todo es todavía muy crudo, pero ya empieza a sentirse la intención de la historia.

This is how “The Silence of the Wind” begins,

This is the initial cover sketch, where I start defining the composition and the tone that will close this first volume. It’s still a very raw stage, but the intention of the story is already starting to appear.

Un personaje que siempre me ha fascinado por su fuerza, su conexión con la naturaleza y ese equilibrio entre ferocidad y espíritu salvaje.

Quise capturar esa energía en esta pieza, explorando gestualidad, composición y atmósfera.

Hay barrios que no solo se habitan… se sienten.

Formar parte de “Calles con Arte” fue mucho más que ilustrar.
Fue escuchar la memoria de La Isleta, caminar sus calles con otros ojos y transformar su historia en imagen.

20 ilustraciones.
20 fragmentos de identidad.
20 latidos de un barrio que ha crecido mirando al mar en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Acompañadas por los textos de Porque habitamos La Isleta, construimos un recorrido donde pasado y presente dialogan en cada esquina.

Porque un barrio no se define solo por sus calles…
sino por la memoria de quienes lo sostienen.

Some neighborhoods are not only lived in… they are felt.

Being part of “Calles con Arte” was more than illustrating.
It was about listening to the memory of La Isleta, walking its streets with new eyes and transforming its history into images.

20 heartbeats of a neighborhood that grew facing the sea in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Together with the texts of Porque habitamos La Isleta, we created a journey where past and present meet at every corner.

Because a neighborhood is not only defined by its streets…
but by the memory of the people who sustain it.

¡Muchas gracias por este fin de semana increíble! 🙌He tenido la oportunidad de acudir al evento Siammall Gaming en Tenerife, compartiendo mesa, arte y buen ambiente con un montón de gente apasionada por el mundo creativo y el gaming.
