Most software used in fitting comes from outside the industry. Booking tools are built for appointments. CRMs are built for sales. POS systems are built for retail.

AIDOS was built around the fitting process itself, so the structure reflects how the work actually happens rather than trying to force it into something else.

It means it slots into your workflow, makes life easier, and helps you improve your fitting process.

If you strip it back, AIDOS covers the main parts of running a fitting studio:

- taking bookings
- collecting information
- running the session
- following up
- keeping track of clients
- handling payments

Those things already exist in most setups, they’re just usually separate. AIDOS brings them together so they actually relate to each other, making your bike fit business operate more smoothly and effectively.

What does using AIDOS actually look like day to day?

You open a client, and everything is there in one place. What they told you at the start, what you changed, what they bought, how they felt afterwards, and how that’s evolved over time.

No switching between systems, no digging through old notes, no trying to piece things back together.

It’s just a clear record of the work, in the order it happened - meaning your mind is free to focus on your customer and the job in hand.

Most fitters already have a system. It just tends to look something like:

– forms in one place
– notes somewhere else
– bookings in a calendar
– payments in a separate tool
– follow-ups… in your head

It works, up to a point.

But when everything is split like that, it becomes harder to see the full picture and you end up piecing things together instead of just picking up where you left off.

AIDOS brings those parts into one place, connected around the rider and the bike, so the process feels continuous rather than fragmented.

AIDOS didn’t come from a product meeting, it came from founder Andy Brooke seeing the same gaps over and over again while bike fitting and mentoring fitters around the world.

Fitters are doing great work, but there was no easy way to step back and review it properly, no clear sense of what was consistently working, and no easy way to spot patterns.

AIDOS is designed to address all of that, meaning you can learn from your experiences, keep track of changes, and spot patterns. Plus it has the added bonus of streamlining your admin systems - because no one becomes a bike fitter to do paperwork and send emails.

AIDOS isn’t there to tell you how to fit a bike. It doesn’t give you positions, and it doesn’t override your judgement.

What it does is keep track of what you decided to do, and what happened afterwards, so you can reflect on it properly. It’s there to support the thinking, not replace it.

You know that feeling when a rider comes back in and you’re trying to recall exactly what you changed last time? You sort of remember: You moved the saddle a touch. Cleats maybe? Something with reach.

It’s not that the information isn’t there, it’s just not recorded in a way that’s easy to pick up again.

AIDOS is is designed to fix that, keeping everything connected so you don’t need to remember all the details and you’re free to just get on with working with your customer.

No one gets into bike fitting because they love admin.

But a lot of the job end up turning into admin - chasing forms, remembering follow-ups, digging through notes, trying to piece things together.

AIDOS isn’t about adding structure for the sake of it, it’s about taking some of that admin and making it better organised, so your time is spent on bike fitting, not on chasing emails, checking calendars and organising paperwork.

There’s a consistent pattern behind how AIDOS was built:

- Making it easier to see who needs attention and when.
- Capturing feedback at the point where it’s actually useful.
- Giving riders time to think before decisions are made.

Individually, none of these are big changes, but together they address something that’s common in fitting: too much reliance on memory, intuition, and scattered feedback.

AIDOS is designed to bring a bit more structure to that, so the process becomes something you can rely on, not just something you repeat.

We had a really nice piece of feedback this week from an AIDOS user: “The intake form gave me space to actually think things through.”

That’s not accidental. Most intake forms are built to collect information as quickly as possible, but AIDOS' intake form is built specifically to encourage customers to think and reflect. What a rider says, and how carefully they've thought about their responses, directly impacts how you interpret that information and carry out the bike fit. If the starting point is rushed or vague, the rest of the process can become less reliable.

AIDOS treats intake as part of the fitting itself, not just a form to get through.

Most riders leave a fit, feel better… and then move on. Which means the moment where they’re most positive is also the moment that’s most often lost.

So we’ve added an optional Google review prompt, triggered immediately after the follow-up form is submitted.

Why there? Because that’s the point where riders have had time to reflect on the outcome, rather than just the session itself. It’s a small addition, but it closes a loop: decisions, outcomes, and then feedback, while it still fresh in a customer's mind.

AIDOS was built by a bike fitter for bike fitters, which means we understand the little things that make a difference. Interested in finding out more? Drop us a DM or visit the link in our bio for a free trial.

Losing track of test saddles isn’t usually about disorganisation, it’s more that the system doesn’t quite match how the work actually happens. That’s where a small change can make a difference.

You could already tag a client as “test saddle” in AIDOS, but now those clients sit together in one clear view. No digging through notes, no trying to remember who has what.

When the saddle comes back, you can update it directly from that screen. No jumping between records, no extra steps.

It’s a small thing, but it removes friction from something that happens all the time. That’s the goal with AIDOS — not more features for the sake of it, just fewer gaps in the workflow.
