Bigben Interactive is currently a group of over 1300 employees with its head office based in Lesquin, in the North of France. Initially focused on the distribution of electronic items, it then successfully diversified into multimedia and video games, as its reputation now extends beyond French borders. At the origin of this rise in 1981, Alain Falc started with the distribution and then the manufa
cturing of electronic products; he very quickly anticipated the technological advances in the booming video game sector. Having become the French leader in the game console accessories market in the early 2000s, the group began its international development with several acquisitions of publishing and distribution companies (England, Benelux) and the creation of a subsidiary in Germany and a design office in Hong Kong. At the same time, Bigben Interactive continued its diversification strategy by adding video game distribution and publishing to its activities, which allowed it to establish itself in this market with the largest publishers. Similarly, in 2011, Bigben Interactive acquired the Parisian company ModeLabs, specializing in accessories for mobile phones (protective cases, carrying pouches, etc.), which became Bigben Connected, the French leader in its category. The activity of designing and bringing to market Audio products for everyone from the youngest to seniors was launched in the 2000s and has been very successful with the Thomson, Kids Bigben, and EPOK brands, among others. We are also European partners of the companies Teknofun and Mobility on Board for the distribution of their products. The group has nearly 35 companies and has an international presence.
