🌊DISARMED:🌊
To be disarmed is to stand alone.
It means moving without roots, without a safe place to fall back on, without the comfort of a steady circle.
It means depending only on one’s own mental and physical strength to keep going and remain autonomous.
It’s not a choice — not even close. It’s the awareness that the moment fragility hits, whether you disappear for a while or end up in a hospital bed, no one will step forward for you. And everything built over a lifetime can slip away in silence.
Friends can drift into their own rhythms, trusting that you’ll continue to be the one who reaches out. They seldom imagine that behind your quiet presence, there might be battles they’ve never thought to ask about.
In the realm of romance, some may approach you not for who you are, but for what you can offer them. They prefer the light you project rather than the shadows you sometimes carry, expecting presence without vulnerability, smiles without the truth behind them — as if your role were to remain pleasant, quiet, unshakeable. A figure to admire, not a human to understand. Some might approach you like a reflection on still water — admiring the surface while ignoring the depth. They welcome your brightness but turn away from your storms. They ask for your grace, not your truth; your smile, not your trembling nights. To them, you are not a soul, but a gentle silhouette meant to stay serene.
The world is a bizarre arena where people drain each other without even blinking. So protect yourself — choose your circle wisely, keep your mind sharp, and accept the hard truth: when the lights go out, most people won’t care.
And if no one cares, the only choice left is to do whatever you want, until the last breath.
