Another busy day in the workshop! 👨‍🔧

🔹 PC Repair: A customer brought in their PC after it suddenly made a loud noise when it was switched on. Since then, it won't power on at all. 😬

We'll be carrying out a thorough inspection to identify the fault, check for any damaged components, and get to the root of the problem before recommending the best repair.

🎮 Xbox Series S Repair: We're also carefully cloning the SSD from an Xbox Series S onto a replacement drive to preserve the customer's data and get the console back up and running as smoothly as possible.

📢 A Quick Update from IrvineTeck Ltd

Firstly, we'd like to apologise to everyone who's been waiting a little longer than usual for repairs or replies.

Over the past few weeks, we've been adjusting to life with our 7-week-old baby, so things have been a little busier than expected. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this time.

Please be assured that we're still working hard behind the scenes, giving every repair the time and attention it deserves. At the moment, we're doing everything we can to get an Xbox Series S back up and running, spending extra time diagnosing the fault and exploring every possible repair option. We never like to give up on a repair if there's still a chance of bringing it back to life.

As a thank you to customers who've had to wait a little longer than expected, we'll be offering a small discount on affected repairs as a gesture of appreciation for your patience.

Quick update from IrvineTeck Ltd 🔧

We’ve got an Xbox coming in tomorrow for a full deep clean and fresh thermal paste service, so we’ll share updates on that soon.

We’re also still working on the Xbox Series console repair. It’s been with us just over two weeks now, and while it’s been a challenging one, we are making steady progress behind the scenes. Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get it fully up and running again.

We’ve just finished a full screen replacement on an Amazon Fire HD 10 (13th Generation) tablet. The device is now fully repaired, tested, and back up and running perfectly with no issues at all.

Everything is working as it should and ready to go back to the customer 👍
