*can I ask a massive favour? If you’re choosing items that aren’t available on the same dispatch date, either buy in two transactions to cover the additional postage or make your dispatch dates match eachother? Until I upgrade my website it just saves a lot of admin / head-melting. Thank youu x

We’re a small batch, handmade, North Down home producer. Everything you see here has been freshly whipped, poured, set, cut and coated over the past few days and is ready for you to eat. Today will be spent packaging them and then packing up to post tomorrow.

Any orders placed before 8pm tonight will be shipped tomorrow to anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

The PEOPLE!! Let’s hear it for the people of the Fleadh that kept me going, stepped in when they saw me flagging, ran to get me coffee, gave hugs and encouragement, and pretty much became my family for the 8 days 💖

A special mention goes to little superstar Bea who I met for the first time on Monday and was manning the stall in no time. Fifteen years old and completely unflappable, brilliant with customers and a safe pair of hands with fire on sugary confections 🔥

For the rest of you called down, whether you’ve known me for years, become friends through Instagram or are just friends I hardly get to see, I wish I’d the chance to capture your faces too. But I won’t forget it!

And for all of the new friends made. The customers who came because you saw us on social media, the vendors I’ve bonded with and the organisers from NI Food To Go Association ICC Belfast Waterfront Hall & Ulster Hall and especially Christine from Sonic Events who did the hard graft of bringing it all together - thank you for making this the best experience!
