It’s my 5th work anniversary with Smarts! 🎂

What better way to celebrate than with a Smirnoff Vodka Spritz?🍹

This was actually my very first photoshoot with Smarts – these were test shots before the real campaign. And yes... I’m the *ahem*... model 💅

The client loved the ginger hair so much they booked a redhead for the final shoot. As for my adult braces at the time... I don’t think they would’ve made the final cut 🤓

Looking back, this shoot was such a fun day and marked the beginning of my journey into art direction. It’s amazing how much can change in five years.

Here’s to many more shoot days! 🥂✨

I did it!!!! A massive thank you to everyone who’s messaged and supported me over the last few days. We’ve raised £891.50 with gift aid for the amazing ❤️ Thanks, lads!

One of the first things I asked in the hospital after I had my stroke was “when can I run a marathon again?” Doctors must have thought I was mad. I was told maybe 2 years. I’ve waited. It’s happened!! Ahh. I actually can’t believe it.

People ask why I was running yet another marathon. I wanted to prove to myself that I can after my stroke and I wanted to give back to the people that helped me. It’s been a long old road, but I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made. Some days are tougher than others, a blind spot in my eye sometimes, the odd migraine... but I’m back at it. Running 5k is incredible, and doing 42.2k is just unreal. To anyone thinking of running, go for it. It’s a challenge, but it’s so worth it. Especially for the mind and you don’t need to run a marathon distance!

I’m taking a well-deserved break from marathons…for now. Never say never! 👀
