Right, first post. I'm Nathan.

I run a small care service down in Bournemouth and for the last year I've been building something called Caelum. Thought I'd finally introduce it properly.

Honest truth: I got sick of spending my Sundays rebuilding rotas on a spreadsheet. Sick of paying for three different systems that don't talk to each other. Sick of the ones that charge me more every time I hire a carer.

So I built my own. And now other providers are asking if they can use it too.

Caelum handles pretty much everything a small-to-mid care service actually needs.. rostering, eMAR, care plans, payroll, family messaging, CQC compliance tools, the lot. One login, one price. And the price doesn't go up just because you hire more people, which was a big one for me.

We're opening up 15 founding member spots at launch. £99 to £349 a month depending on team size, locked in for life. No carer-based pricing games.
