Time for a little reintroduction...

Hello, I'm Jason!

I help small businesses build, improve and maintain websites that support their business goals. Whether that's attracting more enquiries, improving credibility, or simply making it easier for customers to get in touch, I believe a website should work for your business, not just exist online.

Alongside building websites, I also provide ongoing website maintenance and support for businesses that don't have the time (or desire!) to deal with updates, backups, security checks and technical issues.

Over the years I've managed and maintained 80+ websites, helping business owners keep their sites secure, up to date and performing as they should.

One thing I've learned is that many business owners feel they need to understand the technical side of their website. The truth is, you don't.

You should be focused on running your business. My job is to take care of the website.

CTAs!

Here’s something simple that makes a real difference.

Put a clear call-to-action at the top of your website. Not buried halfway down. Not hidden in a menu.

When someone lands on your page, they should instantly know what to do next.

Call. Book. Get a quote. Enquire.

The easier you make that decision, the more often people take it.

There’s this idea that small businesses need big, complicated websites. You don’t.

You need a site that loads quickly, explains what you do clearly, and makes it ridiculously easy for someone to contact you.

That’s it.

Most websites don’t underperform because they look bad. They underperform because they’re confusing.
