One from the archives. These gift wraps were designed by the very lovely Michael A. Hill and were among the first wraps we ever produced, back when our Creative Director was living in Paris. Kelly still remembers meeting Michael for a coffee near the iconic Colette — a special place, now sadly closed. We still sell the London map wrap today, which says everything, really: good design is timeless.

Greeting cards are, quietly, becoming a modern luxury.

Not through extravagance, but through intent. In an age of instant messages and endless notifications, the simple act of choosing a card, writing it by hand and sending it on its way feels considered — even rare.

There’s a tactility to it. Good paper, thoughtful print, a line that’s been chosen rather than dashed off. It arrives with presence and lingers long after most messages have disappeared.

Luxury today leans less on excess and more on meaning. A greeting card fits neatly into that shift: small, deliberate, and enduring.

A modest object, perhaps — but one that says, with quiet clarity, you were worth the time.
