We recently welcomed a new customer to our family, and they had quite the story: despite using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), they experienced a security breach. This eye-opener reminded us that in the world of cyber threats, MFA alone isn’t always enough to keep the bad guys out.⁣

So, what did we do? We conducted a thorough audit of their entire tenancy, and patched all exposed weaknesses. Then, we went a step further and implemented some advanced security policies to fortify their defences:⁣

🌍 GEO Blocking: We enabled GEO blocking to restrict access to critical systems from regions where the customer doesn't operate. This measure significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access from potentially malicious locations.⁣

🎉 We've just wrapped up our first project for a valued client in the EU, and the feedback has left us beaming with pride! 🌟 Not only did we deliver exceeding results, but our client was so thrilled with our work that they left us an amazing review and even tipped us generously! See below;⁣

"InfraSpace, perfectly completed a difficult project for us, the setup of a local server environment on an HPE Gen11 server. They set up the Hyper-V and the VMs, as well as a local directory which syncs with MS 365. ⁣
⁣
Additionally, they set up all remote desktop users and cleaned up the MS 365 side of things. ⁣
⁣
They managed to properly integrate the server into our local network environment, which is extremely difficult due to some legacy hardware.⁣
⁣
They also pointed out several security issues in our system and provided solutions for those problems. They showed innovative initiative by suggesting a backup access solution for accessing the server, via a browser-based solution in case a user has no access to his/her personal computer. ⁣

This has been extremely helpful for us as our core ERP system runs on that server. We spoke with James because our local IT service providers were ridiculously slow. He immediately jumped into action and set up the system in two days. He and the team were super responsive and solved every arising difficulty on the spot. Communication was super easy. We will most certainly hire him again for future projects."⁣

If you haven't heard, has made recent changes regarding Teams and Office 365. Effective immediately for all new "E" license purchases, Teams will no longer be bundled with Office 365.⁣

Existing licenses under active contracts will remain unchanged. However, for Enterprise customers, transitioning to the new unbundled SKUs will be mandatory on their anniversary date, adding an extra layer of complexity to your licensing management.⁣
