"As a small (one-person) business with limited technical knowledge, hiring the right professional web designer was crucial to developing my business online.

From the initial launch of foscottsfriends.uk back in 2017 I have always found Jo to be most professional & personable. So, when the time came for a refresh of my online presence, I had no hesitation to commission Jo&Co again. Her experience, commitment & working process conveys a confidence that both my website’s visual image & its technical backing is in very safe hands.

After taking some time to discuss the key objectives & options of the new site, Jo presented a clear timeline detailing actions from the start to going live. This timeline included exactly what, & when, elements would be required from me for Jo to work her magic. This was an extremely useful aspect, prompting me to (realistically) allocate time to focus on the textural content & imagery. I had the opportunity to review & test links on the site before it went live.

When the new website was live Jo prepared an instruction manual specifically relating to the Foscott’s Friends website. With this I am also able to edit text & images myself, to keep the content up to
date & fresh.

Jo’s communication & attention to detail is excellent – this is so important with all that’s involved ‘behind the scenes’ for websites to run effectively across multiple devices. I like the fact that Jo handles all the ongoing background maintenance of the site, such as applying software upgrades in a timely manner & being proactive with any upcoming technological/server announcements.

Over the years Jo has been a reliable supporting asset, giving me confidence & time to concentrate on my core business & leave the technical stuff to the expert. "

Also launched is a website for a charitable organisation Peace Works Zimbabwe who work in Africa and needed a website to highlight their work and success. www.peaceworkszimbabwe.org

Next - a publishing company Aspal Press was in need of a better organised and less 'homemade' website to highlight all their titles clearly.

Aspal Press is an independent publisher specialising in European gems based in London & includes our Prime, Vintage & Lilacs imprints.
