We are seeking a Junior IT Technician with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate both strong technical knowledge and broad experience providing support and fault resolution in the following areas:
Windows Server Technologies, Windows Desktop 7,8 & 10,
Desktops and Laptop Hardware, Peripherals (Printers/Scanners etc.) Office 365, Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016, Mobile Technology, Cloud Solutions
Exposure to and knowledge of ITIL, Hyper-V, Exchange, OSX, TCP/IP, would be advantageous.
In addition to technical competence, candidates should be able to demonstrate an analytical, structured and process orientated approach to resolving faults and problems.
It’s important you can demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team with the necessary personal skills to be successful in a customer facing role dealing with individuals at all levels from junior staff to senior executives.
