🔍 Ever wonder why a print occasionally comes out with rough edges or unexpected white flecks? The culprit is usually hidden transparent (or semi-transparent) pixels!
When a design has faded edges, soft glows, or drop shadows, it creates a "semi-transparent" zone. The result? A crunchy white outline or a print that doesn’t look as sharp as it should.
What we do:
Bought Designs: If you buy a pre-made design from our Etsy shop, we’ve already done the legwork. If a specific design contains transparent pixels, we will always state it clearly in the product description so you know exactly what to expect.
Custom Prints: We always do a quick spot-check on the files you upload to catch anything glaring, but we cannot do a deep file inspection for every single order.
What you can do:
Because we print your custom artwork "as is," please double-check your files before submitting. Make sure your edges are solid, backgrounds are fully removed, and any drop shadows or glows are flattened or removed for the crispest possible finish.
