We've heard from a few of you recently about cold callers turning up at your doors and often using a hard sell approach to convince you to switch broadband provider. We want to reassure you that you are not restricted to any one company for your fibre connection.

Nearly all the fibre networks in our area are open access, which means multiple providers share the same infrastructure. No matter who installs the fibre, you are free to choose whichever broadband provider you prefer.

If a salesperson suggests you must switch to them because they installed the fibre, or that you won’t get service otherwise, please know that generally this is not true.

You are under no obligation to change provider.

Comms West can offer you the same fibre products, the same speeds, and the same network access—with the added benefit of keeping your service local, personal, and supported by a team you already know.
