A story that hit close to home ❤️

We had a young lad reach out recently. Proper into his gaming, full of ambition, decided he wanted to build his own gaming PC from scratch. Bought the parts, put it all together, hit the power button…

Nothing.

GULP. 😬

If you've ever been there, you know exactly that sinking feeling. Hours of work, a lot of money, and a very expensive paperweight staring back at you.

Here's the thing though, this story took us straight back. Years ago, that was us. A teenager messing about with PC parts, getting it wrong, learning the hard way. So when this message came in, there was only ever going to be one answer.

We got stuck in. Stripped it back to basics, worked out where it had gone wrong, rebuilt it properly, threw a few upgrades in for good measure. Now? One very happy gamer with a working PC that he can call his own.

Honestly, massive respect to him for having a go. That's how every PC builder we know got started, by getting it wrong the first time. It takes proper guts to try something like that on your own.

Keep going, lad. Keep upgrading, keep tinkering, keep learning. You'll be building rigs for your mates before you know it. 💪

Customer smashed their laptop screen, and they needed it for work first thing Tuesday. Sunday collection, fixed Monday, back in their hands ready to go Tuesday morning. Yes, even on bank holidays!

Customer came to us with a fairly new Samsung laptop and a broken trackpad. Every door closed. No parts available anywhere, not even from Samsung.

But thanks to our huge network of contacts, we managed to source one. And not only that, we gave the customer the option of a different colour to mix things up!

Result? A one‑of‑a‑kind laptop, limited edition look, and a customer over the moon. 🙌

No parts available? Don't panic. There's almost always a way to sort it. Give us a shout before you give up on it!
