ECO Surv has evolved into RetrofitOS, but for our existing customers, it is business as usual.

Your current platform login details will continue to work, your data and workflows remain unchanged, and no action is required.

You may notice a few changes:

• The ECO Surv website now redirects to www.retrofit-os.co.uk
• Our mobile app has been refreshed with the new RetrofitOS branding and colours
• The RetrofitOS name will now appear across our website, platform, communications and customer documentation

This rebrand reflects how our business has grown to support a much wider range of retrofit, energy-efficiency, and building-decarbonisation programmes.

For more than 13 years, we’ve supported the UK’s retrofit and energy efficiency sector through change, growth and increasing complexity.

When we started, our focus was ECO delivery.

Since then, the market has changed significantly.

Final submission packs

Each step is essential for compliance, but it can quickly become a heavy admin process when teams are trying to keep installations moving.

The installers we work with often tell us the same thing:

PAS2030 compliance is one of those things everyone agrees is important… but very few installers would say the process is easy.

Across retrofit programmes we keep hearing the same frustrations from contractors:

• Too much time spent chasing documentation
• Evidence captured across multiple systems
• Delays submitting jobs due to missing information
• Limited visibility for Principal Contractors

The reality is that compliance processes have grown faster than the tools supporting them.
