Dear Clients

Due to the Corona virus we will all need to change our way of working.

I want you to know that our health and safety is a priority,
And I will be taking steps to avoid direct contact,
hopefully I can repair and support my clients via telephonic or WhatsApp and TeamViewer.

Should I need to work on your Mac physically,
I am hoping you will find it viable to drop it off with me, or I can collect.
I am planning to disinfect all Macs received and repaired with 85% IPA alcohol
I am also trying to get into the habit of wearing surgical gloves while repairing Macs

On another note,
during load shedding the cellular towers have been battling with charging their batteries, or theft
Meaning once load shedding starts some areas have no cellular signal, like me……..

Consider a few things before upgrading to a new OS X.

1. Is the new OS X going to make your system run slower?
2. is all your software going to work after the update....?

Generally each new OS X promises more apps, more continually running settings to sync the numerous
iDevice you have.
Meaning more work or Apps using the RAM,
All the basic level Macs bought have only 8GB RAM,
this isn't changeable on most Macs bought after 2012
