Naturally, I had to try the prompt myself… and it was amazing to see us right at the top of the recommendations. 🥹

📢 A quick business update

Just a quick heads-up that Screen Doctor physical shop will be closed from Thursday 30th July until Monday 10th August while I take some time off to recover from a planned operation.

Any enquires received during this time will be replied to as soon as possible once I'm back.

🔋 This customer’s battery decided to swell shortly after returning from holiday, pushing the screen away from the frame, something we see quite often when batteries begin to fail.

Thankfully, the original OLED display survived the ordeal, allowing us to restore the phone while retaining the genuine Apple screen.

In many cases like this, a full screen replacement would be recommended. However, because we specialise in screen remanufacturing, we were able to replace the damaged glass and frame while preserving the original OLED panel. The result is a screen that looks and feels brand new, without sacrificing display quality.

To finish the repair, we installed a brand new battery and calibrated it back to 100% battery health. 📱✨

From start to finish, the phone was fully restored and ready to go within just a couple of hours. ⚡

🗓️ Opening & Dispatch Dates
We’ll be closed from 24th December and will briefly reopen on 29th and 30th December. After this, we’ll be closed again and will fully reopen on 19th January.

📦 Online orders will continue to be processed and dispatched during our open dates, so you can still place orders as usual.

📦 Refurbishment & Buyback Returns
If you’re sending screens to us for refurbishment or buyback, we must receive them by 30th December. Any items received after this date will not be processed or returned until after 19th January, so please ensure express shipping services are used.
