Been 3 years since we last had Pete play out on the sound so we thought it high time to get him back and see what’s what. A stalwart of the local Leeds scene he’s sure to bring high vibrations in a conscious style

We are returning once again to the wonderful Light Space in Meanwood to deliver another round of Roots, Dub and Jungle in a day party style.

We’ll be joined on the day by our good pals , and more. Playing in a unity style alongside the Usual Beet roots suspects; Pipe, DJ Shovel and Shwomb.

Rally round to be embraced by the weighty basslines and high vibrations of the hand built Beet Roots Soundsystem.

£5 suggested donation. All proceeds go toward future events, no one refused for lack of funds.

BYOB. Please respect the space and don’t bring glass into the venue. Food available from Local vendors and can be brought into the event.

Following our post earlier in the week, we proud to release the poster for:

BEET EXPOSURE // 20/09/25 // 6pm to 12am

Beet Roots Soundsystem are linking up with their good pal Delokhead to present a FREE evening community soundsystem session at Light Space in the heart of Meanwood.

Expect Roots, Dub, Steppas and Jungle all powered by Beet Roots Soundsystem.

Musical selections will be coming from a Beet Roots friends and family lineup consisting of:





Alongside the usual Beet Roots crew
Pipe
DJ Shovel

This event is free and put in place for the benefit of the community.

This will be a BYOB session however quality food and drink can be purchased from local shops, bars and restaurants.
