For individuals with dyslexia, reading is not a simple task of looking at words on a page. The challenge lies in how visual information is processed by the brain.

In our latest blog post, we explore how Lexilens are providing individuals with dyslexia a new way to experience text. They transform reading from a challenging task to a more manageable experience, as well as a bridge between perception and understanding, allowing individuals with dyslexia to experience text in a way that was previously impossible.

Our year in numbers.

As a team, we're incredibly proud of what we've acheived this year. We have continued to work towards our mission to make technology accessible to all who need it, and in 2024 alone we have helped over 60,000 individuals gain access to .

It's fair to say we ended the year on a high and Q4 was our busiest time during 2024!

In October, we celebrated Dyslexia and ADHD Awareness Month with a wealth of webinars dedicated to showcasing how the in our portfolio helps to facilitate inclusion and accessibility for individuals with dyslexia and ADHD, and attended the Habitat Learn UK innovATe conference in Liverpool.

In November, we unveiled a project we'd be working on for the majority of the year - our rebrand and brand new website, which marked a new era for Aventido. We have been delighted with the feedback we have received about the rebrand so far, and would like to thank everyone for their support.

To keep the momentum going, we also took our new branding on the road for the first time to the Positive Dyslexia Ltd conference in Liverpool, and our Solutions Experts delivered in-person training at Queen's University Belfast and Trinity College Dublin.

December saw the return of our annual 12 ATs of Christmas series, and we rounded off the year with a team get together to celebrate what has been a brilliant year for Aventido!

We hit the road again in the Spring, attending Habitat Learn UK's innovATe in Southampton, CENMAC events in both the north and south of the country, the TechEdology AT Brunch in Southampton, PASSHE in Birmingham and the iDiversity event at Edinburgh Zoo.

And if all of those events weren't enough to keep us busy, we also added myCopilot.ai to our portfolio, expanded our global presence by becoming the distributor for ReadSpeaker TextAid in North America and Spain, and launched Lightkey Medical.
