Well, this is a bit exciting…

I’ve produced a book! 📖

It’s called Beyond the Prompt, and it’s my attempt to make sense of AI for ordinary business owners.

Not how to write 147 clever ChatGPT prompts.

More importantly:

What can AI actually do for a business?

Where could it save time and money?

What are the risks if employees are already using it?

And how do you tell something genuinely useful from something that has simply had the letters “AI” added to the brochure?

I’ve tried to explain all of that without requiring a tech degree.

And I've had a proper hardback edition printed too.

We are very excited to officially launch our new and improved North London IT Support website.

Our previous website had been around since 2019 and, while it had served us well, it no longer reflected the business we are today, the services we provide, or the way we work with clients. It was a bit dated to put it mildly!

If you've never certified: it's the single most cost-effective credential a small business can get. It cuts your real-world risk, and it's increasingly a requirement to win contracts (especially anything touching the public sector).
