Happy Wednesday!
In this difficult and uncertain time, Online50 continue to enable people to Work from Anywhere. With our invaluable Online50 Service, we are supporting our Clients to log in and access their chosen software and Clients are reporting that they are just as efficient as if they were working in the office!

Online50 Helps Halt the Spread of Corona Virus

Online50 have been providing Cloud services for almost 20 years. As a true Cloud service, the Online50 service is designed to be accessed anytime, from anywhere. This means that Online50 users can be as affective working from home as they are in the office.

NHS Medical Advice

Wash your hands regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and hot water. Avoid touching your face with your hands. Use a tissue if you sneeze and bin it afterwards. Most of this is common sense but in these times of heightened awareness, it is more important than ever.

If you are experiencing any of the medical symptoms associated with Corona virus, ie cough, shortness of breath or fever, then the advice is to have as little physical contact with other people as possible. Medical advice in the UK is to self isolate at home and keep well fed and hydrated.

Accessing Online50

The great beauty of the Online50 service is that you can be just as effective if you are working from home. So if you have decided to work from home, or your company has taken that decision for the workforce, you simply need access to a computer that's connected to the internet. (If you take our telephony services, then you will also likely have a telephone to plug in at home which should connect to your office VoIP phone system.)

You should log in to the Online50 service via:
https://Secure.Online50.net using your usual Online50 username and password. Once logged in you will see that everything should appear exactly the same as if you are logged in from your office. If you are using our CloudsourcedIT service, you will even be able to see your office printers and network drives.

Support

Because our support team access the same Online50 systems, they will continue to be able to offer you the same level of support, even if they need to work from home. Each member of the team even has their work phone at home and will be able to take a call in exactly the same way as they would in the office.
