2. Servers are updated on the first Sunday of each month to ensure optimal performance and security.

4. Our team carefully reviews optional updates, driver updates, and major updates each week, deciding which ones are safe to install and which ones are not necessary.
5. We block Microsoft's "preview" updates, as they are often used for testing purposes, and we don't want your devices to be affected by any potential issues. We do not have time to be guinea pigs.

Our IT Support contracts start at £20 per computer or laptop per month (minimum charge applicable). We offer 3-month rolling contracts after an initial 12-month commitment. IT10 is a UK-registered limited company, VAT registered, and insured, including professional indemnity. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and are GDPR compliant.

We don't offer SLAs (guaranteed response times) by default, as we prioritize rapid issue resolution based on our 13 years of experience with small businesses - we estimate that most of the daily faults are sorted out in under an hour remotely, many of them within 15 minutes. However, if you require an SLA, please let us know and we can discuss your needs.
