🌲 Growing more than just trees in Lithuania 🌲
Our Lithuania team rolled up their sleeves once again for this year's national tree planting day in the Trakų district of Vilnius — continuing a tradition we're incredibly proud of.
Joining a nationwide initiative led by the State Forest Enterprise (which planted a remarkable 2.5 million saplings across 9,000 hectares this year!), our team contributed:
🌲 ~1,000 pine saplings
🌿 15 birch saplings
🌳 3 oak saplings
Together with fellow volunteers, we helped plant 8,000 pine saplings across 1.5 hectares — trees expected to absorb between 500 and 1,000 tons of CO₂ over their lifetime. 💚
But beyond the numbers, it was a day filled with fresh air, teamwork, learning, laughter… and of course, homemade kibinai to celebrate a job well done.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help grow a greener future for Lithuania — one sapling at a time. 🌱
