Surveys are now live as a new task type on Unetwork. Availability varies by country, by user eligibility, and by the requirements of each individual survey, and the pool of opportunities changes constantly as new studies open and existing ones reach their participant limits. If you don't see a survey, that doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with your account β there may simply be nothing currently available that matches your location or eligibility.
To access survey tasks you need a Unetwork licence bound to your device, either owned outright or held under an active lease. Completion times range from a few minutes to around twenty, depending on the survey, and users can complete multiple surveys when eligible. Some surveys are an instant match; others begin with a short set of screening questions to determine whether you fit the audience required for that study. If a survey ends with "Not a match," that is normal β you won't receive a reward for it, but it doesn't count against you.
The first surveys offer full potential rewards of between 0.5 UP and 3.0 UP each. The app displays the full potential reward for every survey, and if your licence is leased you'll also see "Your share," calculated from the percentage split in your licence agreement: a survey offering 2.0 UP on a 50/50 split would show a potential share of 1.0 UP. Reward levels are not fixed and may vary by customer, survey type and requirements. The figures shown are a preview only; the final reward is calculated when the provider confirms completion, based on the lease active at that time.
Surveys differ from some other Unetwork tasks in one important respect: completing one does not immediately finalise the reward. After a successful completion the reward sits under Pending rewards while the survey provider reviews the submission, and if a submission fails the provider's validation the pending reward will not be credited.
Rewards for surveys completed in a given month are finalised on the last day of the following month, subject to successful validation. Depending on where in the month you complete a survey, a reward may therefore remain pending for up to roughly sixty days β a survey completed during August, for example, would be credited at the end of September once validated.
Surveys represent a new category of task on Unetwork. As more customers and use cases come on board, the same edge network of real devices in real locations can support a considerably broader range of commercial activity β another illustration of how the platform can keep expanding the types of work it supports.
