When women come together, something powerful happens. 💜
Recently, we brought women together for a social networking gathering, and the response spoke for itself.
More than 40 women signed up, joining us from Bolton and across Greater Manchester, bringing different experiences, ideas, ambitions and stories into one welcoming space.
There were conversations, ideas exchanged, new connections made, opportunities shared, and, perhaps most importantly, a strong sense that women are looking for spaces where they can simply come together, connect and be themselves.
This gathering reinforced something we strongly believe at AspireHer:
✨ We don't want to design programmes and expect women to fit into them.
We want to listen to women first, understand what they need, what they want to learn, what challenges they are facing and what they want to create, and then build programmes, initiatives and opportunities with them.
That means our community isn't just something women join.
It is something we build together.
This is just the beginning. 💜
At AspireHer, we are committed to continuing to create welcoming spaces, build meaningful connections and develop women-led programmes and initiatives shaped by the women themselves.
Because when women tell us what they need, we listen.
And when women come together, we build.
