We’ve been raising a serious complaint with Google Ads, but their responses so far have been evasive and frustrating.

Rather than dealing with the actual issue, they are focusing on denying that our previous account manager ever existed — despite the fact that we’ve provided them with proof. This feels like an attempt to fob us off and hope we’ll give up.

As a long-standing Google Ads advertiser, I’ve been trying for months to get a serious complaint resolved.

Last year, a Google Ads account manager contacted me, advised costly campaign changes, promised follow-up — and never did.

This happened more than once. Despite providing proof (emails from .com addresses), support keeps passing me between outsourced agents who deny responsibility.

I’ve paused all my business campaigns (previously £20–40K/year) until Google takes this seriously.
