After months of building, Creator Spots is live.

It's a marketplace for content creators in Thanet. The idea is simple: real, characterful venues you can book by the hour to shoot in.

No awkward conversations with venue owners about whether they'll let you shoot there. Stunning spaces that are accessible to anyone, not just professionals. Transparent pricing that takes the guesswork out of affordability.

5 Margate venues are live today. The Albion Rooms, the Orchid Room, Le Keux Vintage, Margate Delight, and O.C. Dean's Fitness. From £15 an hour.

If you're a Thanet creator, have a browse. If you run a venue with character and want to add a new revenue stream, get in touch.

Your holiday let sits empty on Wednesdays.

A content creator will pay £50/hr to use it for podcasts, vlogs, photo shoots.

No overnight guests. No linen change. No conflict with weekend bookings.

They show up. They create. They leave before lunch.

Most gyms in Thanet have dead time between classes. Mid-morning after the early rush. Early afternoon before the after-work crowd. Floor space sitting empty, lights on, earning nothing.
Content creators, personal trainers, and fitness brands will pay £15-£25 an hour to use that exact time. They need a real gym backdrop, not a bedroom with a dumbbell propped against the wall.

Most bars in Thanet are closed until late afternoon. That's five or six hours every morning where the lights are off and the space is earning nothing.
Content creators will pay £15-£30 an hour to stand in front of your bar counter, your back bar, your exposed brick. They show up with a camera and a tripod, shoot for a couple of hours, and leave before you've even started your prep.

When people hear "rent your cafe for filming" they picture hi-vis vests, catering trucks, and a location manager asking you to move that lamp.
The reality: one person with a phone, a tripod, and maybe a ring light. Session lasts a couple of hours. They want a table with good natural light and an interesting background. That's the bulk of it.

Most cafes in Thanet have the same gap. Tuesday morning. Wednesday afternoon. That stretch between breakfast and lunch where you're paying staff to wipe the same counter for forty-five minutes.
Content creators will pay £15-£25 an hour to use that exact time slot. They need interesting spaces, they need them soon, and your quiet hours are exactly what they're looking for.
We wrote a guide on how it actually works. Link in comments.
