Step one - Click this link and choose to download and then install the software http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim now run the software from the short-cut on the desktop (A big red C with a brush) Once the software is open choose 'Run Cleaner' bottom right hand corner, agree to any warnings. ... cleaning is now complete......do not run anything else!! close the software....... Step two to follow.......
