A trip to Windermere for Mike and to the wonderful Applegarth Villa & Restaurant to shoot their new menu.

Delicious dishes as always with plenty of colour so they’ll look fantastic on their website and the media screens in the hotel when we get them added to both shortly.

Another creative treat for Mike who absolutely loved being able to capture some shots of the final evening of the fabulous Krankenhaus Festival at Muncaster Castle for the castle at the weekend. It was a really good night. The bands sounded amazing and barn lighting looked so good.

Back to Muncaster Fringe and Mike had the pleasure of photographing the closing event at Muncaster Castle's month-long Fringe Festival last Friday.

This was the official launch of the Bardcaster Poetry Book, which included poetry readings in the Muncaster Parish Church, surrounded by a lovely felt flower art installation and Josh's now famous and iconic moss themed piano.

What a month he had photographing such a diverse amount of creative activities from community gardening to blockbuster film making use bananas as props, award winning theatre to felt making, live music and poetry readings.

Wow, Friday night was so good at Wilder!, the award winning play as part of Muncaster Castle's Fringe Festival.

Their theatre performance was unbelievably good and better still, we had a bit of time before the show to grab some shots of the cast around the castle. It was great fun all round!

Mike absolutely loved being able to photograph the annual Race the tide event at Muncaster Castle last weekend. That’s year five for him and up at the tarn is his favourite location.

It was a lot of fun, the weather perfect and the fancy dress outfits were particularly fantastic this year!

It's International Owl Awareness Day today and here are just some of the Muncaster Hawk & Owl Centre owls Mike has been lucky enough to photograph over the years.

Ash the Great Grey Owl is his favourite with Peach the Southern White Faced Owl coming an extremely close second!

A web refresh for Croftlands Cottages at Thornthwaite, Keswick.

It's always good to do a refresh for a client and this was for the new owners of Croftlands Cottages. With taking over the business, renovations, family and work it's been a busy time for Garry & Sue but it got to the point that the site was significantly old.

Temporary images supplied until the summer rush ends. It will be great to be able to shoot the newly renovated cottages to showcase the hard work they have put in since taking over.
