I’m thrilled to share that we’ve recently helped a happy customer with their new MacBook Air M4. It’s a fantastic machine for business use, and we’re glad we could assist them in setting it up.

We set up Microsoft 365, a new email account, and gave them access to the company’s SharePoint site and Teams. We also installed remote support and security software to keep everything safe and secure.

The best part? We managed to complete all this in just 1.5 hours! This saved the customer a significant amount of money since we were able to purchase the new Apple kit at a discount.

A counterfeit Apple charger has just been formally flagged as unsafe — with risks of fire and electric shock. There is also potential to damage your devices.

I recently had the pleasure of giving a customer’s Mac a thorough health check and computer MOT. Macs are fantastic machines, but they do require a bit of care to keep them running smoothly. The customer was thrilled with the results!

Just repaired a customers iPad. He used a cheap charging cable and it broke off and left pieces jammed in his iPad. Please always use good quality cables from Apple or Anker for your valuable Apple devices.

Wi Fi Down or running out of puff? (As demonstrated by my dog!)

This week I had the pleasure of helping an elderly couple move from a PC to a new iPad. They are very pleased with their new toy and its making life so much easier for them!
I am well known for helping people who struggle which technology and I never use Geek Speak or patronise. Even my dogs understand some things!
I love helping people with their technology and feel a real sense of achievement when my customers are empowered by their devices.
