TA Printing Services | Terms of Service

TA Printing Services operates exclusively as a 3D printing service bureau. Please note the following:

Nature of Service: All transactions are for the provision of manufacturing services (machine use time, power, and raw materials). TA Printing Services does not sell, license, or own the intellectual property of the items printed.

Customer Warranty: Whether providing a physical file (STL/3MF) or a URL link to a third-party repository (e.g., MakerWorld, Printables), the customer warrants that they possess the necessary rights or licenses to have the item reproduced.

Indemnity: By using our services, the customer agrees to indemnify TA Printing Services against any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the printing of designs requested by the customer.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any job that clearly violates intellectual property rights or safety standards.

Suitability: Items are provided 'as-is'. The customer is responsible for ensuring the printed part is fit for its intended purpose.
