Last Weeks Repair

iMac 2015 won’t boot and showing question mark folder on display.

Another repair advised it may be the hard drive and quoted for that, but said that may not fix it.

No hard drive issue was found and the Mac OS downloader had corrupt, so I managed to manually download the Mac OS and get it installed for the customer.

2018 MacBook Pro 15”

Battery showing Service Recommended, and battery health showing 32%. Battery was only lasting one to one and a half hours max.

Changed out battery and updated to latest Mac OS, battery now showing Normal and Battery Health showing 100%.
