Our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) is in, and we are delighted to see that it not only remains well above the industry average of 31 for our sector, but that it’s even higher than our previous quarter’s score of 53.

This result is a continued testament to the hard work and effort the NGC Team put in to provide customers with the best possible service and solutions. Well done team!
