We built this one on WooCommerce, but with some serious power under the hood to make the trade experience seamless:

Custom to WooCommerce Migration.

We recently hit a bit of a technical wall with a client project, and it was a perfect example of why having the right tools (and a bit of code) matters.

The task was to migrate customers, users, and products from a completely custom-built CMS over to a new WooCommerce store we are building.

The problem was, this old custom system had no export option. No CSV button, no easy way out. Usually, you’d just grab an import tool and be done in an hour, but that wasn't an option here. 🥲

Instead of giving up and manually re-typing thousands of entries, we went straight to the source. We pulled a raw copy of the MySQL database and went hunting through the back-end tables for categories, product meta, and user data.

Since the data was trapped in a format WooCommerce couldn't use, we broke out a custom Python script. That we wrote to crawl through the database, merge the necessary tables, and translate that raw data into a CSV format that WooCommerce can understand.

And just like that! A clean, successful migration of every single product and user.

It was a bit of a headache, but it’s a great reminder that even when there isn’t a "button" for the job, there’s always a way if you’re willing to get under the hood.

Rescue Mission Accomplished! 🚀📦

We’ve just launched a brand-new website for Nuneaton Warehouse & Distribution Services, but this project was about much more than just a new design.

They came to us in a difficult spot. Their previous developer had gone silent, their website had been offline for months, and their setup was completely unstable. They were losing business and had no control over their own digital assets.

We stepped in to get them back on track:
✅ Domain Recovery: It was a challenge, but we successfully gained control of their domain from the previous provider.
✅ Email Migration: We moved their entire team from basic, unreliable IMAP to a professional Microsoft 365 setup.
