**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using **Node.js** for the backend and **React.js** for the frontend.
- Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and deliver new features.
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines and ensure quality deliverables.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong skills in **Node.js** and **React.js**.
- **Languages**: Proficient in **JavaScript**, with knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with **RESTful APIs** and backend architecture.
- Experience with database systems like **MongoDB**, **PostgreSQL**, or **MySQL**.
- Understanding of version control tools, particularly **Git**.
- Ability to speak and understand **English fluently**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
