At DataArt, we believe that supporting future tech professionals goes beyond the workplaceβ€”it starts with education and collaboration.

For another consecutive year, DataArt Georgia had the pleasure of contributing to the evaluation of graduation projects at Ilia State University. We are proud that our Top Expert, Nano Sherazadishvili, joined the assessment committee, sharing her expertise and helping recognize the next generation of IT talent.

We are grateful to Ilia State University for the continued partnership and the opportunity to be part of such an important milestone for aspiring professionals. Initiatives like this strengthen the connection between academia and the tech industry, creating valuable opportunities for students as they begin their careers.

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Co-Founder & CEO, Eugene Goland, to the DataArt Georgia office for an inspiring Q&A session with our colleagues.
It was a great opportunity to have an open conversation about the future of technology, the impact of AI on business, the evolving global IT landscape, and what it takes to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry. Most importantly, it was a chance to connect, ask questions, and exchange ideas directly with one of the people who has helped shape DataArt's journey from the very beginning.
At DataArt, we believe that transparency, curiosity, and continuous learning are key to building a strong company culture. Sessions like these remind us how valuable open dialogue isβ€”bringing together different perspectives and inspiring us to keep growing together.

AI is transforming the way businesses operate, and staying ahead means learning from practical experience.
We were glad to join "AI Transformation for Business" workshop led by Giorgi Mariamidze, Founder and CEO of Skillwill Swiss College, where business leaders explored real-world AI applications, automation opportunities, and strategies for integrating AI into everyday operations.
DataArt Georgia Director, Giorgi Egiazaryan, was among the participants, joining fellow executives and decision-makers to discuss how organizations can leverage AI to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and create lasting business value.
Thank you to Skillwill Swiss College for bringing together Georgia's business community for an insightful and hands-on session. We look forward to seeing more initiatives that help accelerate AI adoption across the country.

Some anniversaries are best celebrated together!

More than 200 colleagues from π†πžπ¨π«π π’πš, π€π«π¦πžπ§π’πš, 𝐊𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐀𝐑𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐑𝐞 π”π§π’ππžπ π’ππšππžπ¬, and other countries came together in Kakheti to celebrate πƒπšππšπ€π«π'𝐬 πŸπŸ—ππ‘ 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐒𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲. What made this day truly special wasn't just the beautiful venue or the activitiesβ€”it was the people.
For one day, we stepped away from project deadlines, meetings, and everyday routines to simply enjoy being together. Everyone could find something they loved: discovering Georgian traditions, joining team activities, sharing conversations, laughing, learning something new, and creating memories with colleagues they normally only meet online.
The warmth and spirit of the Caucasus blended naturally with the diversity of our international team. Different cultures, traditions, and backgrounds came together to create an atmosphere that perfectly reflects what DataArt is all aboutβ€”a global team united by shared values, mutual respect, and genuine human connections.
Because the strongest teams aren't built only through work. They're built through the moments we share together.
Happy 29th Anniversary, DataArt! Proud to be part of a team that shows every day that diversity, trust, and human connections are what make great companies truly great.

Last week, we held the first meeting of the Employer Brand Community in Tbilisi.
Georgia's tech industry is growing, and with that growth comes a need for stronger collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common approaches among stakeholders. We believe that creating a professional employer branding community can become one of the steps in that direction. That's why we invited employers and employer branding professionals to discuss whether there was a shared interest in building such a community in Georgia.
To help start the conversation, we invited online Anna Velykoivanenko, Global Brand and Communications Director at DataArt and one of the active members of the Employer Brand Community in Ukraine.
Anna shared how the community was created, what goals it has, how it works in practice, and why such professional networks matter. Her experience was especially valuable because the Ukrainian community has already gone through many of the challenges that we are only starting to discuss in Georgia.
One of the key ideas from the meeting was that employer branding is not only about promoting individual companies. It is also about how employers, professional communities, and other stakeholders work together to create opportunities for people and contribute to the development of the local labor market.
As a result, we have already started planning the community's meetings for the coming year and identified the first topics we would like to explore together.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to ICT Association of Georgia for supporting this initiative and helping bring together professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of employer branding in Georgia. We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to building a strong, collaborative community together.

πŸš‚πŸ’¨ Another Proggy-Buggy journey from DataArt successfully completed!
Last Saturday, programmers from around the world took part in the International Proggy-Buggy Towel Contest 2026, tackling challenging algorithmic problems and putting their coding skills to the test.
This year was especially memorable for us, as we hosted our very first offline hub at Skillwill Swiss College in Tbilisi! πŸŽ‰ We are incredibly grateful to the Skillwill team for their hospitality, support, and partnership in helping us bring together Georgia's competitive programming community.
A special congratulations goes to our Tbilisi hub winner:
πŸ† Paata Shvelidze
We were also delighted to welcome special guests and ICPC enthusiasts from Ukraine β€” Vasyl Merenych and Ihor Barenblat β€” who joined us and contributed to the fantastic atmosphere throughout the event. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦β€οΈπŸ‡¬πŸ‡ͺ
But Proggy-Buggy has always been about more than just winning. It's about bringing together people who enjoy solving complex problems, learning from one another, and sharing a passion for technology and competitive programming.
Thank you to everyone who participated, visited, supported, and helped make this event a success. Seeing the community come together reminds us why we love organizing events like this.
Stay tuned β€” there's much more to come! πŸš€
