🔹 "Show me something you built that's still live and used." (A screenshot isn't proof.)
🔹 "Who owns the code, and how do I get it?" - the answer must be YOU, from day one.
🔹 "What happens after launch?" - hosting, updates, security don't stop at go-live.
🔹 "Have you shipped mobile money?" In Ghana, payments mean MoMo first, not just cards.
🔹 "Can I talk to a past client?"

The strongest signal of all: a team that runs its own product in production. They've already paid the real cost of every shortcut - so they build yours like it has to stay alive.
