Do you have a desire, to be closer to GOD?
I remember times in my life when I started to have a question: does GOD really exist?
This was my first attempt to search for GOD. That time I prayed a first, very simple prayer: ‘GOD if you really exist, I want to truly believe in YOU.’ GOD answered my prayer and after a few months I met people who told me:
Believe in the Lord Jesus and ask Him to dwell in your heart.
I didn’t understand too much but decided to pray. I wanted GOD to be in my life. Then something amazing happened, GOD started to change me from the inside out. That time I didn’t even know I need to change; swearing and arguing disappeared from my life - I realize that a month later. The change wasn’t because of my hard work, but GOD was making my life different. GOD is real and HE loves You :) GOD loves you more than anyone.
If you have the desire, please take the first step and pray to GOD, tell HIM that you want to live closer to HIM, that you want HIM in your life. Tell HIM about all your struggles and confess Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord and asked HIM to live in your heart and root you in HIS love. In the Bible, we can read encouraging words: Come near to God and HE will come near to you (James 4:8a NIV)
If you begin your life with GOD, you can be sure that GOD said HE won’t leave you or forsake you.
Read the New Testament every day, pray with your own words to GOD – talk to HIM as you talk to your closest friend. Nowadays we can read the Bible on our phones and computers and listen to Audio Bible

Prayer: LORD JESUS, I am standing before you, just as I am. I regret all wrong, I did, please forgive me. In Your name, I forgive everyone, who hurt me.
I give you, LORD Jesus, my life, now and forever.
I welcome you into my life and receive you as my LORD, GOD, and Saviour.
Heal me, change me, strengthen my body, soul, and mind. I am Yours.
LORD Jesus, fill me with Your Holy Spirit.
