Being a catalyst of change in Africa ��

From 1st–8th November 2025, my team and I from RAVen had an amazing experience at the Next Generation Digital Action Tech Summit at Copenhagen.

After months of hard work and virtual sessions, we finally met our mentor Bjarne Schøn in person and learned how to make our drone delivery startup more impactful and sustainable.

We met inspiring young innovators from around the world, industry experts, and potential partners who gave us valuable insights for RAVen. We even had the honor of meeting the Ghana Ambassador to Denmark, who came to support us!

This journey has equipped us with knowledge, mentorship, and motivation to keep building RAVen.

Thank you , Prof. Alex Marful, and Dr. Oliver Kornyo for your guidance and support.

Big win! 🏆 I’m happy to share that I took 2nd Place in the Presidential African Youth in AI & Robotics Competition 2025 with Project Lenz, a smart drone & app that detects crop diseases. Thanks for the recognition! 🙏

They debugged, they built, they conquered! The Ghana Robotics Competition 2025 organized by was a testament to the power of dedication, and I’m so proud of the incredible journey we had.

It wasn’t just about winning (though that was a fantastic bonus🏆); it was about watching students from KNUST, Amaniampong SHS, Kramokrom, and Achemfou solve real life problems on Smart Cities and illegal mining using their custom designed . Their hard work paid off spectacularly across all leagues:

• Engineers League: KNUST won the Robot Controller Conqueror Award.🏅
• Stars League: Amaniampong SHS emerged as the National Champions!🥇
• Techs League: A clean sweep with Kramokrom D/A Basic School and Achemfou taking 1st and 2nd.🏆

Moments like these fill me with immense hope. Congratulations to all the students, you are the brilliant future we’re all counting on.

This year, I had the joy of personally sponsoring 7 students (3 girls and 4 boys) from Anum Presbyterian Technical Institute to experience the 2025 organized by which took place from the 24th to 25th of October 2025.

It was an eye-opening moment for these students as they witnessed how 3D printers work for the first time, also exploring how teams designed and programmed their to complete various missions. But beyond the tech, they learned one of the most valuable lessons which is the power of teamwork 💪🏽

On July 24th-25th, I had an amazing experience representing KNUST at the African Division of the China International College Students Innovation Competition 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya Alongside my colleague Fredrick Andoh and mentor Dr. Oliver Kornyo(PhD), we presented our startup idea, RAVen, and proudly secured a Silver Award🥈.

Earlier this year, I had the chance to be a Technical Coach for working with basic school students in the Ashanti region to turn their ideas into real projects like agric drones & smart devices.
It wasn’t easy, but seeing their excitement made it all worth it. I’m proud some of my teams made it to the grand finale last month.
Big thanks to the for making STEM more accessible. We need more of this!

Excited to be part of the 2025 ARISE (IEEE) panel on Robotics, AI, and IoT! We discussed how Africa can leverage tech for inclusive growth and championed gender equity in STEM. Key takeaway: Africa has the talent and vision to solve its own problems. To young girls in robotics: Your ideas matter and can change the world!
