Empowering Farmers Through Digital Onboarding
FarmWallet continues to make significant progress in strengthening financial inclusion and market access for smallholder farmers through our ongoing farmer onboarding activities.

Across our intervention communities, farmers are being registered onto the FarmWallet digital platform, enabling them to create digital identities, participate in Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), access agricultural inputs, mechanization services, and connect with structured markets.

Through this initiative, farmers can now digitize their transactions, build financial records, and unlock access to tailored agri-finance products designed to support productivity and growth.

This onboarding process is a critical step toward transforming agriculture by ensuring that farmers are not only producers but also active participants in a modern, inclusive agricultural economy.

We remain committed to supporting farmers with technology-driven solutions that improve livelihoods, strengthen value chains, and create sustainable opportunities for rural communities.

🌾 FarmWallet Expands Outreach with VBA Onboarding in Hohoe 🚜

FarmWallet is excited to announce the successful onboarding of Village-Based Agents (VBAs) in Hohoe, Volta Region, as part of our mission to strengthen financial inclusion and market access for smallholder farmers.

The newly onboarded VBAs will play a critical role in supporting farmers by helping them access digital financial services, agricultural inputs, mechanization services, and structured markets through the FarmWallet platform.

Through this initiative, FarmWallet is empowering local agents to work closely with farming communities, ensuring that farmers can easily create digital identities, join VSLAs, access credit opportunities, and connect with value chain actors such as input dealers, mechanization providers, and off-takers.

This effort forms part of our broader commitment to digitizing agriculture and building resilient farming communities across Ghana.

Together, we are creating opportunities for farmers to grow their businesses, increase productivity, and participate fully in the digital agricultural economy.

FarmWallet Digital Platform Training Webinar

We are pleased to announce an upcoming FarmWallet Digital Platform Training Webinar designed for Community-Based Agents (CBAs) and Village-Based Agents (VBAs).

This training will equip agents with the practical skills needed to support farmers and promote digital financial inclusion within farming communities.
