The center is training 100 girls for the National ICT for girls competition which is scheduled to take place in Tamale from 25th-27th of this month. 10 of the girls will be selected out of the 100 to represent the West Mamprusi District. The Regional Minister Hon. Abdallah Abubakari, DCE Hon. David Wuni and former MP Alhaji Alidu Iddrisu visited the training center and interacted with the girls. Also the incumbent MP Dr. Sagri Bangbangi for Walewale Constituency also visited the center and encouraged the girls to learn hard to make the district proud.
