JOB TITLE: I.T. NETWORK FIELD TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT: PRO DIVISION
JOB BRIEF:
This position is for a Field Technician with I.T. Networking experience. This position will be responsible to perform installations, configure, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance support. This position will also be responsible for ensuring proper task management in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
▪ Install low voltage cables (Cat5, Speaker cables etc.)
▪ Install low voltage equipment (ie: CCTV cameras, A/V systems, etc.)
▪ Configure home and business network
▪ Demonstrate knowledge of computing systems, electronics and software development required to
design, manage and trouble-shoot high performance client server network applications.
▪ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
▪ Experience supporting the implementation of analog, hybrid and IP CCTV systems, access control
systems, intercom systems, intrusion alarm systems, and more.
▪ Computer Networking experience and qualifications would be a strong asset to this position
▪ Strong troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of electronic test equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Ability to operate and maintain a variety of power tools or equipment (i.e: power drills, power saw, etc.)
▪ Perform arduous physical tasks (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50lbs, etc.)
▪ Good communication skills and solid understanding of communication protocol
▪ Excellent customer service
▪ Functional literacy
▪ Must be able to work in the US
▪ High School Diploma or equivalent
▪ Valid Guam Driver’s License and reliable transportation
