Our UX designers have worked across all kinds of projects - from fashion and beauty to airplanes and hardware. In most of those projects, people understand what they are looking at, what it does, and why they crave it.
EdenMountain was a different case altogether. The platform introduces a marketplace for an ‘operating right’ - which is an asset that is intangible, unbound and largely unknown to its potential users. That gave us a double UX challenge: make the intangible clear and make the unknown familiar.
So the answer required clear language, structured information, useful comparisons, transparent processes, and carefully placed signals of credibility. Because when a product introduces a new category, education is not separate from the user experience.
