Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Engineer to join our team. The Presales Engineer will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and crafting bespoke solutions to meet their needs. This individual will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and assist in creating technical solutions aligned with their requirements.
Conduct thorough assessments of client infrastructure, systems, and business processes to identify opportunities for our products and services.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and architect innovative and cost-effective solutions that address client challenges.
Create detailed proposal documents, including technical specifications, diagrams, and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing queries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to effectively advise clients and enhance our offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (2years) in a presales engineering or similar technical role within the ICT industry.
Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and solutions, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software applications.
Proficiency in assessing client needs, translating technical requirements into business solutions, and presenting them effectively to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Experience in creating high-quality technical documentation and proposals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
