Let's face it: cybersecurity training is not as effective as it could be.

Why?

Because businesses are trying to fit a square into a round hole.

They’re not taking context into account, they’re not personalizing threat assessment and training, and as a result – employees’ cyber behavior remains a threat.

So, where do we go from here?

Businesses need to do is adopt a continuous security behavioral change loop, which means:

→ changing the way someone behaves in a security-related context
→ treating it as an ongoing process rather than a one-time event
