Despite its reputation for innovation and growth, Israel's tech sector is facing significant pay gaps, particularly for women who make up a great portion of the workforce.
Luckily, the Israeli government has implemented the Wage Transparency Law, requiring companies with over 518 employees to disclose an annual report on gender pay gaps by June 2023.
